Terms
These are the terms for booking a call and working with LTG Peak. The short version: the demo is free, you pay only when your site is live and you are happy with it, and the site is yours.
The free demo
Booking a call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We build a demo of your homepage at no charge. If you do not want to go ahead, you owe nothing.
Price and payment
Prices are the fixed, one-time amounts shown on our pricing section on the day you book, valid through December 2026. Nothing is paid up front. You pay once your site is live and you are happy with it. Monthly plans, such as hosting and care or menu updates, are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time.
Changes and turnaround
Five rounds of changes are included. Extra rounds are $75 each. Delivery times are counted from when we receive your photos and details, not from the day you say yes.
Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, logos and text you send us, and that they do not break anyone else's rights. We use them only to build your site.
Ownership
Once paid, the site and the domain are yours. You can leave whenever you want and take them with you.
Third-party costs
Your domain costs about $15 a year, paid to the registrar, not to us. If your site takes payments, Stripe charges its own fees. We take nothing per sale or booking.
Limits
We build carefully and fix our own mistakes, but we cannot promise a site will never go down or bring a set number of customers. Hosting and payment services are run by other companies, and their outages are outside our control.
